The plenary sessions consist of key note speeches and conversations with leading voices from the fashion industry, which will shed light on some of the most critical sustainability issues and solutions available to the fashion industry today.
These Breakout sessions will through a panel format deep dive into a specific topic to allow for riveting and critical discussions between experts within a given topic of sustainability. The panellists represent various positions and backgrounds in order to bring out various perspectives on the fashion industry.
The Summit’s new platform Innovation Forum is a unique meeting point for sustainable solutions for the fashion industry, fulfilling the urgent need to connect international fashion businesses with the most promising sustainable solutions.
The Innovation Forum will enable small and large fashion businesses to embark on their sustainability journey by delivering a curated trade and exhibition platform of the world’s leading sustainable solutions and facilitated business meetings with them.
App networking access
Participants are automatically registered for the Copenhagen Fashion Summit app, which allows participants to connect, stay informed and up to date on the Summit programme, be guided through the venue as well as the opportunity to ask questions live during panel debates.
Conference video archive
Participants will be granted access to all Copenhagen Fashion Summit video material after the Summit.

The Leadership Assembly are for selected high-level participants and allow for the private and public sectors to meet on neutral grounds and discuss requirements for a sustainable fashion industry to ultimately lead to concrete outcomes.
The Leadership Assembly will take place in various locations around Central Copenhagen where transportation will be provided for the participants.
VIP networking lounge
Premium ticket holders will gain exclusive access to the VIP lounge, which will allow for engagement and networking opportunities with many industry leaders and stakeholders. A concierge desk managed by the Copenhagen Fashion Summit’s official hospitality partner RASK Travel will be present in the VIP lounge throughout the two days, should premium guests require any assistance with transportation, accommodation, itineraries etc.
The official Celebration Dinner of Copenhagen Fashion Summit 2018 brings together key fashion industry leaders (including Summit speakers, selected VIP guests and premium ticket holders) for a commemorative evening with mingling and dinning at the luxury five-star Hotel d’Angleterre. During the evening on 16 May, guests will enjoy a three-course dinner along with a distinguished wine menu designed by the head chef of Hotel d’Angleterre’s Michelin-star restaurant Marchal.
The Copenhagen Fashion Summit’s official hospitality partner RASK Travel will provide Premium ticket holders with the required concierge and hospitality services should they need assistance with ticket purchasing, flight, hotel and transportation booking as well as personalised itineraries, among other things.
Premium ticket holders will have a separate entrance allowing them to skip the queue upon arrival at the Summit.

Fashion brands get the unique opportunity to be matched with relevant solution providers as part of the new Summit platform, Innovation Forum. Please note that this add-on is only available for small and medium-sized companies.
Participants now have the opportunity to upgrade to a seat on the balcony, a prime seat in the Copenhagen Concert Hall.

What is the refund policy?
Ticket registration for Copenhagen Fashion Summit is non-refundable. However, if you have registered but are unable to attend, after all, we are happy to transfer your registration to a colleague up to 30 days before the Summit.

Can I get my ticket refunded?
Registrations for Copenhagen Fashion Summit are non-refundable and purchased tickets will only be refunded in the event of cancellation.
How do I get a VAT refund inside the EU?
According to Danish law, VAT has to be included in the total purchase price. However, if you are charged VAT on business activities in an EU country where you are not established, you may be entitled to have the VAT refunded by the authorities in that country. You must therefore claim your VAT refund online, via the authorities in the country where your business is based.

According to Danish law, VAT has to be included in the total purchase price. Businesses domiciled in countries outside the EU can however obtain a refund of VAT through a refund application. The amount will not be refunded automatically.

I have purchased a ticket, but I am prevented from attending the Summit - what do I do?
If you have already purchased a ticket but are unable to attend after all, we can transfer your registration to a colleague. Please contact email@example.com or +45 70 20 30 68 if you wish to transfer your registration.
I did not receive my ticket on my listed email - what do I do?
The tickets are sent shortly after the purchase to the email address you have stated. If you do not receive the email with the ticket within 24 hours of the purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or +45 70 20 30 68.
What is included in my ticket?
The inclusion in your ticket depends on your ticket type. Please view the Tickets tab to see what is included in your ticket.
Are food and beverage included in my ticket?
Yes, food and beverage during both Summit days is included in the ticket price.
Are there any ticket fees?
All prices are shown exclusive VAT and inclusive of any ticket fees and taxes. The costs will appear separately before the payment is completed, and be a part of the total amount in the purchase process.
We charge a fixed transaction fee of 2% of the transaction for both credit or debit card payments. The price is the same for all cards. You do not pay for failed charges.
How many tickets can I buy per transaction?
You can maximum buy 10 tickets per transaction. Please contact email@example.com if you wish to purchase more than 10 tickets.
Can I transfer purchased tickets for commercial or other business purposes?
It is not permitted to transfer purchased tickets for commercial or other business purposes, such as:
- Use of tickets as prizes in competitions or similar, without having obtained prior approval from Global Fashion Agenda
- Transfer of tickets where such transfer is made as a bonus for other services without having obtained prior approval from Global Fashion Agenda
- All professional business sales or other transfers of tickets, irrespective of the price
If the ticket is used or transferred for commercial purposes, Global Fashion Agenda will cancel the ticket. Global Fashion Agenda has the right to invoice all costs related to the cancellation as a consequence of misuse, with a minimum of DKK 1,000.00 per ticket.
Can I upgrade my ticket after purchase?
Premium tickets are by invitation or request only. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to upgrade your ticket.
Who qualifies for a Premium ticket?
To qualify for a Premium Ticket you need to be in a c-suite position or other executive management position within the fashion industry.
