PLENARY SESSIONS - LIVE + -
Every year, Copenhagen Fashion Summit offers a high-level speaker programme of plenary sessions taking place on the main stage of the Copenhagen Concert Hall. All sessions will be included in the livestream.
The plenary sessions consist of keynote speeches, panels and conversations with leading voices from the fashion industry, which help set the sustainability agenda for the industry by shining light on some of the most critical sustainability issues and discussing solutions available to tackle these.
DEEP-DIVE PANELS - LIVE + -
These sessions consist of panels that each deep dive into a specific sustainability topic allowing for riveting and critical discussions between experts. With diverse backgrounds and positions, the panellists each come with different perspectives on the fashion industry and the given topic. All deep-dive panel sessions will be included in the livestream.
ON DEMAND REPLAY + -
Video-on-demand replay of all of the livestreamed content will be available to watch at your own convenience within 24 hours of the completion of Copenhagen Fashion Summit.

The Innovation Forum turns words into action. Taking place at the venue of the Copenhagen Fashion Summit, the Innovation Forum enables fashion businesses of all sizes to embark on their sustainability journey by presenting a curated trade and exhibition area for Summit participants of the world’s most promising solutions covering the entire supply chain. From fabrics and packaging to behaviour-influencing tech, the variety of solutions at the Innovation Forum ranges from cutting edge to tried and tested.

Participants are automatically registered for the Copenhagen Fashion Summit app, which allows you to connect with other participants, stay informed and updated on the Summit programme, be guided through the venue and provide you with the opportunity to ask questions live during plenary sessions.

Celebration Dinner + -
The official Celebration Dinner of Copenhagen Fashion Summit 2019 brings together key fashion industry leaders (including Summit speakers, VIP guests and Premium ticket holders) to celebrate the ten year anniversary of Copenhagen Fashion Summit with festive mingling and premium dining.
The dinner will be held in the evening of 16 May at Langelinie Pavillonen, which is located by the Copenhagen waterfront and was designed by two of the most prominent postwar Danish architects, Eva and Niels Koppel.

Premium ticket holders get a seat on the 1st balcony. With a perfect outlook to the main stage, this is prime seating at the Copenhagen Concert Hall and you be will surrounded by other guests from C-suite and executive management level.
VIP Entrance + -
Premium ticket holders will gain access through the separate VIP entrance allowing you to skip the queue upon arrival at the Summit. The VIP entrance brings you straight to the heart of the action and allows you to have a smooth start into the Summit.

The Summit’s official hospitality partner RASK Travel will provide you with concierge and hospitality services should you need assistance with flight, hotel and transportation booking. RASK Travel will ensure everything is taken care of prior to your arrival in Copenhagen and send you a personalised itinerary beforehand.

Who can help me with my travel and accommodation booking? + -

Who can attend the Summit Dinner on the evening of 15 May 2019? + -
Everyone can buy a ticket and attend the Summit Dinner. +300 tickets will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Who qualifies as a Premium Ticket Holder? + -
To qualify as a Premium Ticket holder, you need to be in a C-suite/executive management position within a private company.
How can I get a Premium Ticket? + -
Please note that you have to submit an application for a Premium Ticket on our official Copenhagen Fashion Summit ticket sale website. Your application will be approved within the next five working days. After your application is approved you will be able to buy a Premium Ticket.
Are food and beverage included in my ticket? + -
Yes, full-day Nordic and sustainable catering and beverages during both Summit days is included in the ticket price.
Can I get my ticket refunded? + -
Registrations for Copenhagen Fashion Summit are non-refundable and purchased tickets will only be refunded in the event of cancellation.
How do I get a VAT refund inside the EU? + -
According to Danish law, VAT has to be included in the total purchase price. However, if you are charged VAT on business activities in an EU country where you are not established, you may be entitled to have the VAT refunded by the authorities in that country. You must therefore claim your VAT refund online, via the authorities in the country where your business is based.

How do I get a VAT refund outside the EU? + -
According to Danish law, VAT has to be included in the total purchase price. Businesses domiciled in countries outside the EU can however obtain a refund of VAT through an application. The amount will not be refunded automatically.

Do I get an invoice for my ticket purchase? + -
An invoice will be sent to you by email. Please remember to include your VAT number in order to reclaim VAT.

I have purchased a ticket, but I am prevented from attending the Summit - what do I do? + -
If you have already purchased a ticket but are unable to attend after all, we can transfer your registration to a colleague. Please contact [email protected] if you wish to transfer your registration.
I did not receive my ticket on my listed email - what do I do? + -
The tickets are sent shortly after the purchase to the email address you have stated. If you do not receive the email with the ticket within 24 hours of the purchase, please contact [email protected].
I lost my ticket – what do I do? + -
In the event of loss or theft before the event, Global Fashion Agenda is able to issue a new ticket for you. The new ticket will be sent by email and will have a new barcode, whereas the barcode of lost ticket will be cancelled and can no longer be used at the entrance. Please contact [email protected] with a wish for replacement no later than 5 business days prior to Copenhagen Fashion Summit 2019.
Are there any ticket fees? + -
All prices are shown exclusive VAT and ticket fees. The costs will appear separately before the payment is completed, and be a part of the total amount in the purchase process.
We charge a fixed ticket fee of 2.9% on the transaction for both credit or debit card payments. The price is the same for all cards. You do not pay for failed charges.
How many tickets can I buy per transaction? + -
You can maximum buy 10 tickets per transaction. Please contact [email protected] if you wish to purchase more than 10 tickets.
Can I transfer purchased tickets for commercial or other business purposes? + -
It is not permitted to transfer purchased tickets for commercial or other business purposes, such as:
– Use of tickets as prizes in competitions or similar, without having obtained prior approval from Global Fashion Agenda
– Transfer of tickets where such transfer is made as a bonus for other services without having obtained prior approval from Global Fashion Agenda
– All professional business sales or other transfers of tickets, irrespective of the price
If the ticket is used or transferred for commercial purposes, Global Fashion Agenda will cancel the ticket. Global Fashion Agenda has the right to invoice all costs related to the cancellation as a consequence of misuse, with a minimum of DKK 1,000.00 per ticket.
